Welcome to Serenity Massage Therapy More and more people are discovering the benefits of regular massage and my aim is to make relaxation massage affordable and available to more people. I am currently based at Swimsation swim school in East Tamaki, Manukau. As well as my massage table I also have a specifically designed massage chair so am mobile and can visit you at your place of work. Massage improves blood circulation, and by doing so assists in the supply of nutrients to the tissues and the release of toxins. Massage improves skin and muscle tone, assists good sleep, improves mood and is very relaxing!
